Terms for using and printing Worksheet Bench materials.

Permitted use

You may prepare practice for learners you support.

  • Generate, download, and print worksheets and answer keys.
  • Make classroom sets for students you directly teach or support.
  • Use materials for personal, classroom, tutoring, and noncommercial homeschool instruction.
  • Adapt how you present or explain a worksheet while keeping Worksheet Bench source marks on redistributed copies.

Prohibited use

You may not turn the library into another product or service.

  • Do not sell, license, or claim Worksheet Bench materials as your own.
  • Do not remove source marks in order to redistribute worksheets as another publisher's work.
  • Do not mirror or bulk republish a substantial portion of the worksheet library.
  • Do not scrape, probe, overload, bypass controls, or disrupt the website.
  • Do not use the website or its materials for unlawful activity.

Educational judgment

Adults decide whether a worksheet fits the learner.

Worksheets are supplemental practice materials, not individualized educational advice, formal assessment, diagnosis, or a substitute for professional judgment. Review each proof before use and adapt or stop the activity when appropriate.

Ownership

Permission to print is not a transfer of the publication.

Worksheet Bench retains rights in the website, brand, catalog organization, explanatory content, and original worksheet presentation. The classroom-use permission above applies to generated worksheets; it does not grant ownership of the site or a right to republish the library.

Accuracy and availability

The service is tested, but it is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.

We test deterministic generation and answer recomputation, publish the limits of automation, and welcome reproducible correction reports. Verify materials before consequential or high-stakes use. The website may change, pause, or remove features and content.

Changes to these terms

Material changes will update the effective and review dates on this page. Continued use after the updated terms are published means the new terms apply to later use of the service.
