Data flow
Different information stops at different boundaries.
- Stays in your browser
- Your worksheet settings, reproducible seed, generated problems, answer key, and downloaded PDF are created on your device. A shared builder link can place settings after
#; that fragment is not sent in the web request. Your advertising choice is stored in your browser's site storage. - Reaches hosting and security infrastructure
- Cloudflare can process the requested page, IP address and IP-derived approximate location, browser and device information, security events, and performance data to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and measure aggregate reliability. The builder fragment after
#is not part of that request. - Reaches advertising providers only after a choice
- When advertising is enabled, Worksheet Bench presents an advertising choice before loading Google advertising code. “Continue without ads” leaves that code unloaded. “Allow advertising” loads Google advertising technology, which may process device and usage data under Google's policies.
- External standards sources
- Following a standards citation or another external link takes you to a third-party site governed by its own privacy policy.
Retention
Worksheet Bench does not keep a worksheet account history.
Browser-only worksheet data remains until you replace it, clear the page fragment, remove downloaded files, or clear site data. We do not maintain an application database of generated worksheets or student profiles.
Cloudflare and any enabled service providers retain operational, security, and analytics data according to their configured services, legal obligations, and published retention practices. We use that data only as needed to operate, secure, and understand the site.
Adults supporting learners
This is not a registration service for children.
Worksheet Bench is intended for parents, teachers, tutors, and homeschool educators. It does not provide child accounts, profiles, comments, chat, uploads, or behavioral progress tracking.
If you believe personal information about a child was sent to us, contact us so we can investigate and delete information we control when appropriate.
Your choices and rights
Use browser controls first; contact us for site-level requests.
- Do not copy a share link if you do not want to share its worksheet configuration.
- Reload the builder from its main link to remove a worksheet fragment from the address.
- Clear Worksheet Bench site data to remove a saved advertising choice.
- When advertising is enabled, use Advertising choices in the footer to allow or decline advertising technology.
- You may ask what personal data we control, request correction or deletion where applicable, or raise a privacy concern.
