Privacy Policy

What Worksheet Bench collects, what stays in your browser, and how to contact us about privacy.

In short: no account is required, generated PDFs are created on your device, and we do not ask for student names or profiles.

Audience and student information

Worksheet Bench is a tool for parents, teachers, tutors, and homeschool educators. It is not an online service for children to register for or use independently. We do not provide student accounts, profiles, comments, chat, uploads, or behavioral progress tracking.

Worksheet data

Worksheet settings and the reproducible seed can be represented in the fragment portion of a page address—the text after #. Browser fragments are not sent to our web server. PDFs are generated locally in your browser and are not uploaded to us.

Basic website analytics

We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics and server security logs to understand aggregate visits, reliability, and abuse. These systems can process technical data such as the requested page, approximate location, browser type, and IP-derived information according to Cloudflare’s services and retention practices.

Advertising and consent

Advertising is disabled by default. If advertising is enabled in the future, this policy and the consent controls will be updated before ad requests are sent. Where required, visitors will be offered choices and a way to withdraw consent. We will not knowingly use personalized advertising for a user treated as a child.

External links

Standards references and other citations can lead to third-party sites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Your choices and contact

You can prevent sharing a worksheet configuration by not copying its page address. You can also clear the fragment by reloading the builder from its main link. A working privacy contact is published on the contact page before the site is publicly promoted or advertising is enabled.
